Visible and Lasting Improvements in Houston Neighborhoods

Avenue serves over 7,000 people annually through three main lines of business: affordable housing, family asset building, and community initiatives programming.

Since our founding in 1991, Avenue has helped revitalize Houston neighborhoods by leveraging more than $124 million in investments, including the development of 220 single-family homes, 800 rental units and 200,000+ square feet of commercial space. Our targeted investment strategy has resulted in sustainable improvements in the community we serve. Through our collaborative, cross-sector approach, Avenue seeks to promote healthy, vibrant and economically diverse neighborhoods.
