Visible and Lasting Improvements in Houston Neighborhoods

Avenue serves over 5,000 people annually through four main lines of business: affordable housing, family asset building, community initiatives programming, and home repair.

Since our founding in 1991, Avenue has leveraged $117 million in investments in the communities we serve. These investments include our development of 200 single-family homes, 756 rental units and 140,000 square feet of commercial space. Our sustained, targeted investment strategy has resulted in visible, lasting improvements in Houston neighborhoods which we continue to build upon, year after year.
