It may be dreary outside, but we're bringing new vibrancy at Avenue Meadows as construction continues on these new homes. Four of the ten already have buyers, so we only have six left for sale. Call to take a closer look or drive by and see for yourself.
The spray foam insulation is all installed. Spray foam provides superior energy efficiency and a higher R-value compared to typical fiberglass insulation. It is hydrophobic (repels water) which reduces the chance of mold and mildew growth. Plus, it serves as a barrier to airborne exterior sounds, keeping your home more quiet and peaceful. To read more about the spray foam and the local family business that installed it, check out their website: Polymeric USA. This is in addition to other energy efficient features of our new construction homes, some of which are detailed in previous construction update blogs.
After the insulation, the drywall is installed. The beam in the photo below will remain exposed to add some unique style to your downstairs open layout living area. Also, check out the frame for the pocket door which will provide a private entrance to the upstairs bathroom.
While the drywall work continues on the inside, the exterior is being primed and painted and the large backyards are being be spruced up.
